I have used the opensource pandora bot (www.pandorabots.com) on a flash site before, but now I need to be able to capture questions that the bot didn’t know the answers to
All I need to add is to trace when the bot’s reply equals one of his standard (4 or so) “unknown” responses and use that as the event to capture the question that was asked in the input box and email that to an email address setup for this purpose, perhaps using PHP…
I could really use some help with this, thanks in advance
