Norton can’t fix it. Can i delete the cache_002 file without harming my computer ?
Yeah should be fine to delete, it’s just a Cashe file, it’s not any kind of system file so it should be ok 
You can just clear you cashe within Firefox anyway 
just run a norton clean sweep safe and smart or whatever. it clearsur history, cache(pictures and ****) and anything else that is just garbage.
Clear cookies and files. Done. Might want to check just incase it re-duplicates.
delete it and reboot afterwards just in case;)
if it returns, you might have a problem:)
go into safe mode, close all instances of firefox, and delete those virii
turn off firefox cache or make it small, you must have been visiting some naughty sites to catch something like that :lol:
