I’m in the process of creating a new website, but ran into a problem with the menu:

The menu moves a little bit everytime you hover on a menu item. Can you guys help me correcting the mistake.
i spent a lot of time making the background of the menu table cell change when a link is hovered, but now this anoying mistake appears.
