Help with database!

okay i read all those tutorials on databases and flash call me dumb but i just need someone to realllly help me out on this… i need to make a site with a log in screen and the users who register using a form to be stored in a database… now i know all of u will point at MySql or some … but i dunno much about it please i am running ona deadline… i have microsoft Access…and my webhosting company server does allow all sorts of scripts to be run… if someone could just guide me step by step it would be out of this world… if someone can please temme their Aol, yahoo, msn address n talk to me there so i can get my answers quick… please help someone !!! all i need is to learn to make a database with Access and have flash store user info there and the login page to authorize the visitors…thanks
