i need someone’s help with trying to make this page 100% by 100%

I designed everything in photoshop using the size 1280 x 1024
and everything. and now i put in layers in flash and everything is to big and when you make the browser smaller it resizes… so i am rying to make it like this
everything moves to the center and you can view it on any screen.
i dont know if i am doing ti right or not someone please im me on aim at TheJmanX and see if you can help me please
