i need a good tutorial to make nice looking vector graphics like 3D and stuff

Do you have a program such as Adobe Illustrator or 3D Studio Max?

What sort of graphics are you after, as well?

Is it Wireframe graphics you’re after?

Then I’d go with 3dsmax too…
