I run an Internet Cafe and I am having an issue with Hotmail login. I have 12 machines and this issue can happen on any of them but it only happens randomly.
The issue is when a client logs into their hotmail account the URL that appears is https://snt153.mail.live.com/ and this obviously results in a 404. If the %E2%80%8E is removed the site loads fine.
I am aware that the %E2%80%8E is the LRM or left-to-right mark for text.
I have googled it extensively but I seems to be the only one in the universe that is having this problem. A similar problem is being experienced by some wordpress sites but that is not relevant to my situation. I would appreciate any thoughts on the possible cause.
