Help with hover text

i followed your hover text tutorial exactly and am now having a problem. im using the thing for a button used for dragging a movie clip and the problem is when you click and drag the movie clip, the text stays in its original spot befor the press. here youl understand whats wrong. as you can probably tell, im not much of an action script pro.
