Help With Kirupa's Dynamic Scroller Tutorial [renamed]

I’m having problems with kirupa’s tutorial:

Basically, I wanna know how to use html in the text file. I clicked the “Render txt as HTML” button in flash, but the tags don’t show as html…help? :beer:
