Help with menu animation

I have this menu that i´m trying creat for this site, that when i click on “empresa” cleans with a whit rectangle the homepage, and with another color rectangle comes from the right, and brings the contents of empresa. What i want is to creat this kind of effect for all the menu itens. If someone could help me with this, thanks in advanced. :beer:

Gupps, thank you for trying to help, but the animation that i´m looking to achieve is different of that, i don´t use load movies, it´s all in the same swf.
