Help With Menu!

hey…ive been trying to figure out how to make this menu…okay…its the same menu on this site http://www.craigdavid.co.uk/site/home.php , where when u run over the button (link), the pictures move, and when you click the link the other picture moves and stays their…and goes to the next page…does anywun know how to do this? or knows a site with a tutorial on this? thanx…if you look at the site, it shows what im talking about …thanx
