Can someone help me to develop my site. I have a layout that I made already… now I’m just wondering about the coding of it… I kind of would like someone to walk me through making it, or at least be there as a buffer to help me out.

Just go there and click to download the site zip file. It’s an image with a few descriptions on it.
I made that as a sort of design plan… Could anyone possibly help me out with some of that stuff?? Anything you can help me with would be good. I’m thinking a black background with a white preloader. Then when the stuff is done loading, have the preloader fade, then the two screens fade in followed by the border. Then I want the stuff to load as if it’s loading onto the screen… I now little about Flash. Again, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
