Help with scene switching

I have a slider menu and want to make it so I can keep the green bar sliding and give the button the ability to go to another scene. The problem seems to be that I cannot give the button the ability to change scenes within a movie clip.You’lll understand once you see it. Please dont post messages like “yes you can” or smiley faces. i have already tried and I need solutions. That makes me frustrated beyond all reason. ANYWAYS, thank for any help in advance, and keep flashin.
