Okay so, this is the idea I have for my portfolio (the image is HUGE, I made it fit my screen) anyways, I want to have the background fixed so it does not move on scrolling. I’m not sure how to do that, but my real question is. With just html/css is it possible to have this transparent effect I have with the two large “Image” buttons. And if so I’d love any at all help I could get.
