do you have a theme or particular look your going for, is there colour restrictions? you may find alot of people here would not welcome a " do me a logo,its cool fun " kind of thread, so if you put a little effort forward and think of a theme and look to the logo it would be easier to show the members a idea you came up with then they could comment or expand on it…
