HIT state button - problem with IE FlashPlayer 9

Hi folks,
I have major problem. Few days ago I finished a big (Flash) project that last 2 years.
It’s about test/exam client who loads simulations in it, simulations represents questions.

Both exam client and simulations are made in Flash and they are played in Internet Explorer.
It works just fine, no problem at all, BUT only until I installed new IE ActiveX control – FlashPlayer9!

With Flash Player 7 and 8 it works fine.

Problem is:
In simulations I have invisible fields which I define for right click menu options (right click menus are developed with Context Menu object in Flash).

Invisible fields are Movie Clips that have invisible button inside. Invisible button is instance of Button that has only HIT state.
So when I right click on invisible fields, context menu shows and I can chose between options. As I said it works fine in IE with previous Flash Players but with Flash Player 9 it doesn’t. L

Strange is that it works fine with all players, Flash Player 9 included, with standalone Flash Player, for example played directly inside Flash, not in IE.

I found out what makes problems. Invisible buttons, specifically HIT state.

If I draw button on UP state and tint it with transparent color so it’s also invisible, it works fine in Flash Player 9. It recognize button and context menu shows on right click.
There are more than 1000 simulations with this problem so opening each one and modifying buttons is out of question.

Does anyone have any idea what could be a problem ?
Thanks I advance, regards,
