I need an AS3 horizontal movieclip scrollbar for a site im making. Ive been able to find lots of tutorials for vertical movieclip scrollbars and able to implement those, but im totally baffled on how to make a horizontal one.
any tutorials anywhere? ive searched all over. any advice?
