I’m a newbie, as I’m sure you’ll guess from reading this - I’m using CS3 and attempting to make a horizontally scrolling news ticker. I’ve looked at http://www.actionscript.org/showMovie.php?id=356 and done some reading of forums, but I’ve not found a single newsticke that has hroizontal scrolling like you get on Sky news. The ticker I’ve found above is great, but am unsure how to get XML feed to run through it and how to adjust the speed also.
Is there a (relatively) simple way to go about doing this?
Any advice appreciated
