Hotmail Down [?]

This has been annoying me ALL day!! Is Hotmail working for other people? It works for me except if I goto attach a image it come up with some Hotmail Error Try Again Later, and if I goto send an email once I click send it goes to a blank page. Its been like this for a few hours and is GETTING ON MY NERVE!!
