Hi want to create a navigation/menu bar like this
where to reveal sub menu options the other main menu options get pushed down. How can i create this for my site

I want to use that affect in my proudcts section where the button on the left when click reveal the sub menu options pushing the other buttons down to make room? Can someone help, or provide script or method of doing this? cheers
