How can i get exact uploading image path

Hi all,

I have a small problem in find outing the image exact path… Any one knows please help me… This is for image uploading via flash… I need urgently…
right now i’m using “FileReference” function for uploading images…

but FileReference.name represents the name of the file on the local disk.
How can i get the path to the file?

(C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\IM000435.MPG)
