How can I loop backgrounds in After Effects seamlessly? Help please

I read the tutorial about the cell effect and I can do it on the cell effect but I can’t do it on backgrounds. I’m using the “Fractal Noise” (which I read somewhere that it’s supposed to create these seamless loops) and I set the animation presets to “Fog Lights”, because I like the “Fog Lights” background that they have. How can I loop it seamlessly, help please :stuck_out_tongue: I’m a newbie. ^^ Thank you! :rabbit:
