help i see a flash movie on the screen but how do i save it i tried the temp file and it’s there but when i try to convert it to .avi in my converter program it will not recognise it!

That wont work… You can’t convert a swf to an avi. Likewise, if someone didn’t give you the option to download the file, you will probebly have to do some searching to find it.
Check in your user temp cache.
You CAN convert swf to video:
