How do I draw a line on mouseover, then delete on mouseout?

Hey,

I am trying to create a sort of interactive map where if I hover over a country(movieclip.London), lines would be drawn from the centre of ‘London’ to the centres of a set list of other countries(also movie clips). Whats the best way to do this in AS3?
