Hi im completly new to classes id like to try to learn this myself but i need some help , now im familer with XML functions etc but ive never tried using classes or external code .
Now id like to make a classes to hold the various functions i have on the first frame . I know the basics of doing this with say .as files using #include but with classes im having problems aparently im not allowed to target movieclips using absolute links etc .
So im trying to find a way around this limatition . Ive attached background.as in a zip if i ca get that launching like a function in an external class ill be able to do the rest myself .
