Ok, I have been working on a game for a wihile now, right? Well, I need help again. You see, I have MC paint which can only make bitmaps, but I want to make a gif (a type of image file). Im not sure its possible on MC paint though. If anybody knows how to do this, please help me out. Thanks in Advance!
Sure it can just when you save your files look below the place where you type in the file name it says 24 bitmap then if you click on the scrollbar it has some file types : JPEG PNG… then just click GIF. It’s very simple.
Do you want an animated gif? Or just a regular stand-still gif?
If you want an animated gif, there are a few programs you can download (legally)… You could use Macromedia Flash, and just export it as an animated gif.
If you want a stand still gif, you can just go to MS paint, file -> save as and choose gif.
Hope that helps.
By the way - You posted this in the wrong section :azn:
Thanks man! I’ve done the “save as” trick before (Its a good trick :thumb: ), but the problem is, It has a white boarder instead of transparent. By the way, How do you export it? I have little knowledge of that sort of thing.
