How do i Preload this flash file with xml?

I have posted a flash file here (Please COPY and PASTE the url into your browser):

It reads from a xml file, how can i preload the swf (which is 70k) and the xml?

Can anyone help me?

i thought the xml was just dynamically used so wont a preloader load it all if u just put it in the swf if_framesloaded or a component or summet
