How do you change the style on the select box?

Basically I want to change that select box thingy (the part that tells you to select what school but has countries listed)so that it matches with the rest of the form. I’ve looked all over. Help.

if you are referring to the arrow next to it. You cannot it is not yet a property in css. You could do this form in flash therefore you will be able to achieve what it is you are after.
