How do you create credits in adobe premiere

Hi…thanks to kirupa’s members i was able to figure out how to make clips. The video transitions were easy enough but now i have another problem. I was wondering how to create simple credits for the ending of my movie. Note there is only a few people on it…Like technical support, producer, editor, camera men, etc…I was wondering how you would make it a scrolling two column one. Not too fast cause the people im sending this too dont speak english that well. I hope you guys can help!:pleased:
