How is this done? "Pop-up"

Just click “Watch this movie!” and see the pop-up that appears.

How is that done? I’ve seen galleries (couldn’t find one to show) with this kind of pop-ups where it first grows and then shows the picture.

And is it possible to open this through flash? Thanks in Advance! :bounce:
