How to animate body parts?

Hi All,

Okay I had an idea for the intro page for my site once I have it all done. Check my site out so far: www.sherriyvette.com. There are some changes that need to be made but for now that is what the overall site will look like.

So for the intro page I wanted to animate a hand actually posting up the images/papers on the bulletin board.

Has anyone seen anything like this or does anyone have any suggestions on where to start or maybe someone has seen some tutorials somewhere. In any case, please let me know.

This guy is a complete pro… has done stuff for cartoon network etc etc.

I went through this tutorial on cartoon animation and it rocks.

It shows how to animate body parts, do walk cycles etc etc.
