How to attach actionscript to my posts, with colour?

Hi, I’d like to make a post and attach some actionscript.

I'd like it to be formatted the same way [COLOR=Red]Flash[/COLOR] does it

Is there an easy way to do this, or is it just a case of you have to go through each word and [COLOR=DarkGreen]highlight[/COLOR] it manually?
