How to browse the image without using server scripting Languages

  how to load an image directly from a user's local hard drive,not from server, and into flash. is it possible to do without using any server side scripting languages.if any one have an idea about this please help me.....

Assuming that the SWF also isn’t on the user’s hard drive (well, as in it was originally loaded from a different host ), then no, the regular Flash Player doesn’t have that capability.
