How to calculate hours and minutes?

Hi…

As per title said how to calculate the hours and minutes for 2 diferent values eg;

value 1 = 9.15 AM

value2 = 2.45 PM

so I want calculate how many hours and minutes between this 2 values…

9.15 AM -----> 2.45 PM
