I usually see that effect in YAHOO, it puts a flash ad in html page, that flash ad 's height and width is ever changing, then the tables, images or something else around this flash ad will be also moving until that flash ad stop changing its size.
I believe the changing thing is the swf, not the object in the swf. I just wonder how I can change the height and width of a flash movie like this.
