I hope to create a banner ad but the effect that I am after I do not know what it is called or how to produce it.
In this 50 cents video at the beginning, [COLOR=#800080]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=psf7W-RjJhI[/COLOR] , you see text letters made out of lights.
Can this effect be created in Flash? What is the name of the effect? How do I go about making it?
