I would like certain things on my page to show up by flickering on.

but I just want to use the effect to present things and as an effect as thigns go off screen.
i tried doing every other frame i white, but its not fast as all. do i have to speep up the projects FPS? That’d be really fast! Looks like at LEAST 50 frames a second.
But then that would make it harder for people with lower bandwidths to view my site.
