id like to detect the above, in order to disable the sound button in my custom video player, if video doesnt contain sound.
Any idea how to detect this?
Only idea i have atm is to check the MetaData of the videofile, and check for audio-specific attributes like
audiodelay, OR
audiodatarate, OR
audiocodecid, OR
audiosamplerate, OR
audiochannels
…
but since metadata attributes are not compulsory, i cant be sure there are any such attributes, even if the video does contain audio stream.

EDIT: Seems that its quite reliable to check for presence of audiocodecid attribute (meta.audiocodecid). If not present, there is no audio in the video file. Tested few different movies and so far this worked. Anyone who can disapprove this please let us know.
