How to Display Video at 2x Speed?

Hey Guys and Gals,

I’ve got an FLV file that’s 10 minutes long. I want to mimic the effect of speeding up the video, where it shows progress of the 10 minute video in say, 30 seconds. Is there a way I can do this?
