How to do a button with two animations?

I wanna make a button wich when rollover it plays an animation…and when rollout it plays another animation.

Example: when rollover the button it moves to up, when rollout the button it moves to down. like the buttons: games, tv shows, trading cards and shop on top of this site: http://www.cartoonnetwork.com/
