How to embed another flash file into other

HI!
I know this is a very silly question. But, I really dont know how to embed another flash file into other one.

it is .fla not .swf

You can external swfs into a swf, but you cant load a fla into another fla.

Please tell me how to do that.

My problem is …
I have two different full fledge .fla files… . I want them to embed them into the main (big screen size) .fla movie.
