How to handle complex physical motion with flash

Hi there:

I tried to create similar animation like this: http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/12413.html

I found that it is not very easy to handle those physical motions just by using flash 8 e.g.
So I wonder how do you guys handle it.

  • Using macromedia flash only?
  • Using some plugins (Fusekit, etc)?
  • Using Flex?
  • Using flash engine?
  • Others…?

I am not really sure and some advices are appreciated.
