try starting there. If your server does not support PHP then I’m not sure what else you can do. ASP might work, but I don’t know ASP. You might also want to post at a forum that is specifically designed for PHP/ASP. Check google…
Audrius, if you find out how to do that, plz tell me… i’m kinda interested but i have no time for search… 
i mean, you wanna check the validity of the cc or do money transfers with it, right? that’s what i’d like to know how it’s done
