I want to add a fade effect at the top and the bottom of a text box (those with a scroll bar beside it), so that when i drag the slider/scroll bar down the words (or the information) will fade in at the bottom of the box and also the things will fade out at the top of the box, can somebody helo me plz !!!

u will see there are two text box, one is the [news], the a nother one is [my story]. When u drag down the slider which is at the right hand side of the text box, u can see the words/text/information is fading out from the bottom, that what i want to make (the effect) !!!
