How to make a interactive flash using 3D movie clip?

What i mean is like this:

see the music at the right top. theres a button which we can drag to change the music. but when we drag we see the button gow up and down. i think its a movie clip.

How do we make that?

3d Movieclips don’t exist (yet) as flash only realy works in x and y, not z. To me it looks like just nicely editted, animated & masked jpg to get a 3d effect. So I think it just a well tweened jpg.
