How to make several buttons highlight when one is rolled over

Hi, I’m trying to create a route map like the one at http://www.easyjet.com/EN/routemap/ , but instead of lines i just want the relevant cities’ buttons’ MOUSE_OVER effect to be called when i rollover say, London.

Any help would be much appreciated,
