How To Move A Rotating MC Along A Curved Path

Can someone assist or get me started with moving a rotating MC along a curved path?

a. start off the stage at x = 1095 y = -1362
b. slide down a curved path similar to a slide at a playground
c. and end up at x = 239 y = 194
