Hello,
I am trying to position a div over a portion of another div. There is a picture attached for reference. I can move the green dragger div down using margin but it moves the SWF down also, which you can see that it is moving down out of the bottom of the yellow area. What I want to do is move the light green dragger bar over the darker green ‘Title’ area of the SWF.
Is this doable?
