i’ve made a backup of my files from my host using the cpanel they provided; now i want to put the backuped files and replace the current ones.
how should i proceed?
i used the restore function from cpanel, waited a lot of time, during this lot of time in the status bar of firefox the “sending request to server” message was displayed; after that a list with a part of the files from the backup appeared, these files were now there on the server replacing the previous ones, exactly how i wanted, but why only a part of them? can’t i restore all my files? is there a limit? or was just an error and i should try again? is there any other way to restore my files?
