Long time member here. Just a lurker. Especially at Random where I enjoy it a lot. Hehe.
Anyways, i’ve made the jump to tableless CSS layouts not so long ago and created a few websites that way. Im not that proficient at it yet so I kinda need some help to get me started on this new project im working on.
Heres the design I came up with. Pretty simple.
How would you effeciently chop this up into divs?
I was thinking:
Header (divided into two for the logo and the navigation)
Center (body where the all the content will go)
Footer
Would that make sense?
Im also kinda confused on how to get the backgrounds working. The yellow jaggedy edges on the header and footer, and the red vertical one on top of all the other divs.
Any advise would be appreciated.
